Koru Wellness is proud to be part of Sydney Girls Connect, a network of over 5,000 women in Sydney who connect, support, and inspire each other. With weekly meet-ups and opportunities to meet new people, it’s easy to find support nearby.

Our Story
Community has always been the seed from which Koru Wellness has blossomed. What began as a few women gathering on a Sunday to paint by the ocean has grown into a thriving community of over 5,000 incredible women.
Before Koru Wellness, Arny started a small business called Create with Arny, hosting crafty events aimed at connecting women in Sydney who felt lonely and wanted to make new friends. Over time, these events evolved into wellness-focused gatherings, using crafting as a way to calm the mind, alongside meditation and wellness workshops. The response was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting a real need in the community.
From this foundation, Koru Wellness was born. Arny’s vision was to deepen her support for the community and help women transform their lives. Yet, the spirit of community that started it all remains at the heart of Koru Wellness, and will continue to do so.
